SAN DIEGO COUNTY FAIR 2025

From the Grounds to the Feed

For 20 days, I explored how to tell the story of the San Diego County Fair through video. Each reel focused on a specific angle—whether that was nostalgia, discovery, or excitement—with content shaped to resonate beyond the fairgrounds.

Marketing Coordinator

This was my first marketing-forward role, and I came into it with one goal—soak up as much as I could and prove my ideas had weight. I had always worked as a videographer, photographer, or educator, but stepping into a role where content was driven by strategy gave me the chance to test ideas I’d carried for a long time. I wanted to elevate the Fair’s social presence, and I was proud to see my approach resonate—not just with the audience, but with the team. That impact extended beyond this role, leading to contracted editing work for other Fair clients. This was a season of growth, and one that helped me step into my voice as a creative strategist.
